How it works?
If you are a new client and have just open your account with us, this will help you understand how your orders will be processed in our warehouse, in terms of timing, data and availability.
BACKORDERS, PREORDERS AND STOCK FABRICS
In the page of each article you will be able to see if the item is in stock, backorder or preorder.
IN STOCK means the fabric is available to ship right away.
BACKORDER is when a fabric as sold out, and it’s already being produced in factory. As soon as we have the factory confirmation we allow the sale of this item as a reservation. The date of arrival is indicated in the page of the product.
PREORDER is when a new fabric or collection is launched. You can buy the fabric in advance and benefit of 5% discount in these articles. The discount will be made in the final invoice and the estimated date of arrival is indicated on the product page.
Now, what happens when your order has PREORDERS or BACKORDERS? As default your order will only be shipped once is complete. If you have fabrics in stock and preorder or backorder in the same order and need the stock fabrics asap, please send as an email informing so. IMPORTANT: always check product pages for shipping data info!
If your order only has STOCK FABRICS: orders with all the fabrics in stock will be prepared in 1 or 2 working days.
YOUR ORDER IS READY. Now what?
Once we have the info from logistics that your order is ready, we will prepare the invoice to send to you via email. In the invoice you can check the final quantities of each product, if there are preorders you will see the 5% discount, the shipping costs (which you can do a previous calculation by checking this LINK) and, according to your TAX INFO, either you are free from tax or 23% IVA (Portugal) will be applied. All clients that don’t comply with VIES or VAT free, will be charged the tax according to the country where the invoice is based, in this case, PORTUGAL.
In the invoice you will also find all the bank transfer info. You have 5 days to make the payment or a reminder will be sent automatically. We always ask for you to send a bank proof of payment to our email email@example.com so that we can ship your order faster, since some transfers take up to 3 days to enter the account. If we don’t receive a payment from you or a response to our emails, we reserve the right to cancel your account with us.
