By continuing the browsing and placing an order on this website you accept and approve entirely the general terms and conditions of sale of Fabrics and Friends (“Seller”) and their applications. These policies are exclusively valid for this website and not for the supply or sale of products by the retailers who appear on the same website through links, banners or other hyperlinks.
Any other terms, including any terms and conditions that you may claim, but disagree with these policies, are excluded.
We have tried to make the pictures presented in this online shop the closest to reality as possible, but there can always be slight differences, mainly regarding the colour. This is due to several factors, including the monitor you are using and its configuration, the graphics card on your computer, among others.
HOW TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT
To open your account in Fabrics and Friends, we will need the following data:
- BUSINESS NAME
- CONTACT NAME
- BILLING ADDRESS
- SHIPPING ADDRESS
Use our register form to request an account. After you submit the form, we will review your application and approve your account if you meet the credentials. If you have any questions don’t hesitate in contacting us by email to email@example.com
All the products from Fabrics and Friends show their prices with NO TAX INCLUDED and NO SHIPPING COSTS.
The taxes may vary according to your country and your billing/tax information. Please provide all the info by the moment of opening an account so that we can adjust everything according to your data.

All references are sold in bolts of 6m minimum and panels in 12 or 10 units. The retail price suggested in each product should be considered as a minimum reference when selling to final costumers. There is no minimum order amount. If you wish to buy them by the meter, please contact us to check our retailer list.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Placing an order on fabricsandfriends.pt is very simple and fast:
In the Menu, you can choose to see fabrics by collection or type of fabric. When you login, you’ll be able to see prices and select the products you want, check its information and details. You can also decide to add the desired quantity to the basket simply by clicking on the “ADD TO CART” button.
To see the content of your basket click on the basket icon. This will open a new tab from which you can add more items, cancel your order or proceed to the checkout.
By clicking on the “CHECKOUT” button, a new tab will open. Here you will be asked to enter the data necessary for the shipping and invoicing processes. You can then proceed to finalize your order. Once you have verified the accuracy of your data and of the products you purchase, you must confirm that you have read the terms and conditions. You can then place the order by clicking on the “PLACE ORDER” button.
After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email in your inbox.
The availability of products refers to the current availability when you place an order. This availability should still be considered purely indicative because due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, the products could be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed.
Pre-sale fabrics are only charged once they arrive in the warehouse and are ready to ship.
At the moment, the only payment method available is bank transfer. Please wait for us to send you the invoice with updated taxes, shipping and instructions to make the payment.

Once you have made the payment, please send the receipt to our email, with your order number. Once you send us a payment confirmation, your order will be put into preparation and shipped.
Only when you receive the confirmation of shipping, the purchase contract will be concluded.

At this moment, live tracking is available for all countries, except Switzerland.
The delivery costs will be added to the pro forma invoice.
Orders are prepared within 2 working days from the received payment and consigned them to the express courier on the first working day available.
Preparation times may increase for a few days during holidays or in promotional periods.
IMPORTANT: at this moment, shipments outside the European Union are handled by the costumer! You can arrange with your preferred courier service to pick up at our warehouse.
Customs duties, taxes and/or customs clearance fees (including any intermediaries where specified) may be applied for importing the goods and are to be paid by you. Fabrics and Friends can not be held responsible for any delay imputable to the customs clearance procedure.
No shipments are made during the following holidays:

– PASSING OF RISK –
Once the parcel is entrusted to the courier, Fabrics and Friends can neither grant delivery within the established times or the package’s integrity nor prevent theft or loss. If you notice openings or believe that the package may have been damaged during shipping, sign as “unchecked” and please take pictures if possible.
In this way, we will be able to help you with your refunding/replacement practices.
After the order is accepted, there may be cases where the delivery becomes impossible or the delivery times can not be defined for causes not imputable to Fabrics and Friends, such as prolonged strikes, adverse climatic conditions, etc. In these cases, you will be informed immediately and we will look for a mutually acceptable solution. In this particular case claims, for damage compensation are excluded.
In case Fabrics and Friends is aware of such discomfort, you will be notified before proceeding to the purchase process.

In case the bank rejected the order acceptance, Fabrics and Friends reserves the right to cancel the order you have made.
You have 5 working days to remit the payment on our account. If the payment is not completed within the set deadline, the order will be cancelled and we reserve the right to delete your account with us if you don’t contact or answer emails or reminders of payment.
– BY CUSTOMERS
To cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible with your request and your order detail.
Once your order is shipped it will no longer be possible to cancel it. You can return your order according to the conditions mentioned in the section Returns.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we give you within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the order to return it. The product must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Once we receive the package and check that everything is in order, we will proceed to refund the total amount to your bank account. The refund must occur within 15 days. The cost of return shipping costs is paid by the client, and in any case will be refunded, with the exception that the return is because of defect or error by the Fabrics and Friends.
The customer is responsible for tracking the package with the number that was given and to get the package out of the post office within the prescribed period, given the case that hasn’t been delivered on hand by the postman. If the package is returned because it was not removed from the post office before completing the term, we will proceed to forward the same having the client paid new shipping costs.
Refunds can only be placed after verifying and approving the integrity of the returned product as reported in the return policy. In this case, Fabrics and Friends will reimburse the amount of the order including any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase within 14 days of the date of the notification of your withdrawal from the contract.
For this refund will be used the bank transfer.
Fabrics and Friends can withhold the refund until it receives either the returned items or their delivery notification from the courier you chose to make the return.
In case the product does not respect the conditions of return or it is damaged, the refund will be denied.
Our website is in accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (RGPD), relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data. Each user of the website is solely responsible for the fact that the information sent to Fabrics and Friends is true and correct.
